My personal assessment is about the same except the for the personal time and psychological health. I would say that I have improved and have been able to reflect on my life and handle each situation in a more relaxed and less stressful manner with reflection. I have been able to take time for myself and allowed moments throughout my day to relax even when its about 5 minutes or less. I think my goals have paid off and that I'm staying focused on my inner health. Throughout this course I've learned about the effects of stress and the way it can impact your life when now managed corrected. With the tools from this course I have been able to manage my stress and take moments for myself and reflect. I really enjoyed the books and reading them, it helps to have an outside perspective of things.
The continued internal health and healing will continue along with my physical health and healing to make the most of my life and health and wholeness.
